WIDU platform was facing issues with outdated reporting mechanisms and a user identification system that needed an upgrade. LoftSoft developed a custom reporting system, integrated a new user identification API, migrated the platform from Drupal 8 to Drupal 10, and introduced custom anti-fraud functionality. The platform’s performance and security were greatly improved, benefiting stakeholders with faster, more detailed reports and enhanced protection from fraudulent activities.
Problem: The WIDU platform had outdated reporting mechanisms, incomplete data sets, lengthy processing times, and an outdated user identification system. Continuous business logic changes and financial structure adjustments also posed ongoing challenges.
